package.
 Price bundling, the practice of combining multiple products or components at
a set price, has become a popular marketing strategy (Eppen et al., 1991;
Dolan and Simon, 1996).
Gift set bundling, pure bundling, cross-sell bundling and BOGO style bundling
e.g KFC (all star),pizza hut (buy 1 get 3)
