Management System: A Proposed
Reference for Business Organizations
 The main purpose of this study is to develop a framework on
strategic performance management system to serve as
reference to business organizations.

 In developing the proposed framework on strategic

performance management system, this study will do
benchmark by comparing key elements of performance
management system.

 Results of this study would be beneficial to the HR

practitioners and students for key reference purposes.
