Application of IOT in
hospital
IOT Introduction
• The interconnection via the Internet of
computing devices embedded in everyday
objects, enabling them to send and
receive data
IOT Sensors used in medical
field for our Project
• Temperature Sensor
• Pressure Sensor
• Air Bobble detector
• Position Sensor
• RFID Tag
• RFID reader
• Cloud Storage
Basic concept of introducing
IOT in medical field
Step 1: Collecting the data related
to patient’s health condition using
various devices by using
WRISTBAND, SMARTBED

Step 2: The collected data is pre

processed to categorise and the
location of the patient is found in
order to find the near by doctor as
fast as can
Step 3: In this step the processed data is stored in cloud storage so that the
doctor can check the data for future reference. Cloud storage is used because
data can be accessed through the internet and there is no need to carry data
storage physically

Step 4: Data is analyzed with the use of highly sophisticated tools, chips, and
software codes. Through this step only the patient knows which type of attention
is required for his medical conditions

DEFINING THE FUTURE

• The future of our world moves

around the use of computers,
networks and gadgets.
Internet of Things will be one
of the central themes of our
future
• The IoT based connectivity
has the potential to change
the ailing healthcare system
of our country into an
integrated and efficient one
