FEATURES:

 Medium to heavy duty applications.

 Precision molded natural rubber lined steel skeletons
are bolted into cast iron casings.
 Improved liners with lip design for better seal.
 Natural rubber lined impellers are screwed on a shaft.
 Wear components available in a variety of materials:
- Natural rubbers with a range from 30 up to 70
shore A hardness.
- Neoprene
- Nitrile
- High chrome available upon request.
 Available sizes: 2 ½ x 2, 3x3, 4x3, 5x4, 5x5, 6x6, 8x6,
10x8, 12x10, 14x12, 16x14.
 M SERIES
METALLIC HEAVY DUTY
HEAVY DUTY APPLICATIONS:

 All metallic construction for high pressure applications.

 Attaches to same SRL pump frame.
 A suction sideplate is bolted into a volute casing.
 Impeller is screwed on shaft.
 Simple 4 piece wet end construction for ease or maintenance
and reduction of parts inventory.
 Wear components available in a variety of materials:
- High chrome and ni-hard (based on ASTM A532 standards)
- Staniless steel (316SS, 17-4, CD4MCU, ALLOY 20…)
- Special alloys available on request
 Hard metals privide longer hours of operation than rubber
compounds in heavy duty applications.
 Thicker sections for even longer hours of service.
 Tighter suction plate/impeller tolerances for improved
performance.
 Improved performance curves than standard SRL pumps.
 Impeller pump out vanes for improved stuffing box seal.
 Detachable stuffing boxes available in a variety of materials:
 cast iron, 316SS, CD4MCU…
 Available sizes: 4x3, 6x4, 8x6, other sizes available upon
request.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

 Metallic volute casing with urethane lined wear liners at

each end attach to high pressure resistance steel plates.
 Thicker volute casing sections ensure longer hours of
operation.
 Replaceable urethane suction and gland side liners.
 wear liners available in other materials upon request.
 Urethane impellers are screwed on a shaft.
 Steel plates with reinforced ribs ensure high pressure
resistance.
 Improved performance curves than standard SRL pumps.
 Detachable stuffing boxes available in a variety of materials:
cast iron, 316SS, CD4MCU…
