and big green area on the rear end.
- There is vehicular connectivity to the complex
with bus stops nearby.

- Sports complex lies careful consideration for

environment sustainability, by using a double façade
– the external façade is an expanded mesh panels
which diffuses daylight passing through the glazed
façade (internal façade ), ensuring visual porosity
without the glare.
