GUIDELINES FOR THE POSTER PRESENTATION
 Mechanics

 Each group will be provided with a poster stand.

 Make sure your poster has poster eyelets for your convenience.
 The poster has to be 52 inches x 72 inches.
 Foraesthetic purposes, you will need to do something with the bottom
part of the stand as well as ensure that the stand will be stable
throughout the program duration. You need to be creative for this.
 The opening program will start at 8:00am but we still need to make the
space and the posters ready for the event. The set-up time is 7:00am
(Sir Dennis will show you how to set it up so be on time), clean-up time
is 2:30pm. Each group is responsible for their own poster, poster stand,
trash, etc…
GUIDELINES FOR THE POSTER PRESENTATION
 Mechanics

 At least 1 member at a time should “man” your poster.

However, some students have classes they can’t miss for a specific
period of time. If it is not possible that 1 member will be around,
coordinate with your professor for this.
 Guests and guest-evaluators will be looking into your posters.
The identity of the guest-evaluators will not be revealed. All guests
then are possibly one of the evaluators.
Your task is to present your research to whoever will look into your
poster. Some of them might have questions, so be ready with your
answers.
GUIDELINES FOR THE POSTER PRESENTATION
 Prepare a “Guest book”
 It is in quotation marks because it won’t necessarily be a book.
 With it should be a space where your guests can write their names,
signature and comments about your scale/activity.
 Be creative with the design.
 Your professors will look into this “book” as one source of your grade.
 Guest-evaluators will be choosing the following:
 Top 3 Posters
 Top 3 Presentors
 Top 3 Construct Model
