The device that has been automated in this study
would ideally help the teacher/s assigned as

librarian who are always overloaded with paper
works, to lessen their workload and burden. This
will also reduce the cases of missing reading
materials in the library. The recording system will
be more systematic and finding books will be more
convenient for students
