1) world’s largest brand.
2) Dominant market share.

Weakness:
3) Aggressive competition with pepsi.

Opportunities:
1) Has sufficient capital to expand.
2) Growing water bottle market.

Threats:
3) Intense competition.
4) Sluggish growth of carbonated beverages.
CSR ACTIVITIES
WATER:
- The company initiated drinking water projects in
maharashtra and gujarat to provide portable water to the
local communities.

HEALTH:
- Provide health checkups,medicine and education to rural
communities on health related topics.
- In a few district of Andhra pradesh, conduct camps for
hepatitis B vaccinations, eye checkups, and malaria
eradication.
COMMUNITIES:

- In 2003, launched jagriti learning centres to provide


education to more than 1800 childrens residing near
its bottling facilities in Pune.
- Setup around 2000 schools for childrens.

ECONOMIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In 2007,launched an initiative called parivartan for


training smaller retailers in India.
- Played an active role in providing employment.
