 Plasmolite are wall panels that saves from hassles of brickwork, Hollow block & Plastering.

 Plasmolite is environmentally friendly building material manufactured under Green policy

 Available thicknesses –
62mm,87MM, 112MM, 137 MM , 162 MM and 212 mm
 Labor Productivity- 35sqm /day with Gang of 5-6 nos

 No gravels required
 Fire-rating of 3- 5.30 Hrs.
 Better sound proofing than AAC blocks and bricks
 Curing not required
 Speed –Up to 3 Times Faster
 Plaster not required
 Significantly less skilled labor requirement

 For 112 mm Thick Wall- Rs 1800/ Sqm (inclusive of all applicable taxes)

Procedure
JOINT TREATMENT

 Joint treatment is done using mesh tape &

putty.
 One coat of putty is applied to close joint, than
second coat is applied in order to flush
recessed part. Mesh tape to improve its hold
over the wall

JOINT SPLICING
 Joints between two panels are made of using
FCB strips 50 mm wide inside the panel with
the help of glue, screws & tacking pins.
