Course Description

The course deals with construction methods, materials and

equipment used to transform a particular design concept into a
complete usable structure or facility and construction methodology
for horizontal and vertical construction projects. This includes but not
limited to construction science, construction management, and
construction risk. This course will develop the skill required for a
construction manager to direct, coordinate, and brainstorm wide
variety of the construction projects, even the selection and hiring of
contractors and finances.
