Management

Management is the process of getting things done with


and through others effectively and efficiently with the
aim of achieving goals.

The concept of management insist on three things :-


• Process
•Effectiveness
•Efficiency
Process:- It refers to series or sequence of various steps. It is a
process because it performs a series of function which includes
planning, organising, staffing, directing and controling.

Effectiveness:- It is concerned with the end result . The


effectiveness means finishing the given task or goal with in the
time limit.

Efficiency:- It refers to do the task in the right way that is with


minimum cost . It is concerned with optimum utilisation of
resources.
