Ethical Problems / Problematic

 Electronic engineering is related to the desire to synthesize, automate

some aspects of human function through the use of sensors, actuators
and programming.
 The advance of electronics has a lot of boom in the creation of robots,
drones, vehicles and other autonomous systems that have allowed to
cover social needs and human life, this leads to take into account the
ethics, because we must take care of human rights and honor our
dignity because with the technological advance there are risks or
negative impacts that affect the economy of many people to replace
labor by machines.
 It is important that we pause and reflect on the consequences of
technological change and the changes it brings.
PROBLEM
 With the technological advance there are negative and positive aspects
respectively, affecting mainly to the jobs of many people and with it
these would remain unemployed finished with the economic sustenance
of many families.
 On the other hand the positive aspect is that there would exist major
effectiveness and efficiency as result of the work and this way to
improve the life of the humanity in time and result in many fundamental
aspects as: education, medicine, sport and the production, programming
and automation of autonomous systems etc.
SOLUTION

 As a solution to this ethical

problem in engineering, each
project must be based on the
principles of benefit such as
enshrining dignity, respect for
human rights, social
responsibility and ethical
practices.
 That is why engineers dedicated
to the study of electronics,
automation and artificial
intelligence should have a lot of
responsibility in creating these
types of machines and not
develop processes that affect
the integrity of human life, but
rather in the benefit of society
for example in the care of the
elderly, biotechnology and for
medical use.
SOLUTION

 A solution was found which is based on the three laws of robotics are:
 1) A robot must not attack a human or, by its inaction, allow a human to
suffer any harm.
 2) A robot must obey the orders given by human beings unless such
orders conflict with the first of the above laws.
 3) A robot must protect its own existence as long as it does not conflict
with the first and second of these laws.

 These principles will allow a series of guarantees so that the use made
by humans of robots does not end up being abusive, with special
emphasis on the protection of data acquired by a robot to prevent its
illegal use.
 For the world the technological growth will depend much on the ethics
that each person has to develop an efficient technology, which provides
all the rules and laws so that it can not harm another person through the
machines that are implemented, the algorithms have to provide
security, efficiency, reduce costs, feasible tools for people.
