 In personal selling we can see that when the agent is
visiting the dealer once in a week.
 He should visit it more number of times to find any
further requirement of dealer and try to interact with
customer also
 He should tell about the services that they provide to the
customer.
 More focus on after sales service.

 In operations proper use of ERP should be practiced.

 Price to be reduced to attract customers and to clear


stock
 Price cutting can be managed by maintaining its inventry
and making proper use of resources

 Company should have strong distribution network.
 They should have proper information of order in
dispatch.
 Relevant software should be used to maintain
distribution data
 Head office and dispatch department both should have
the information of order and dispatch

 Compensation is the remuneration received by an


employee in return for his/her contribution to the
organization
 A good compensation package is important to motivate
the employees to increase the organizational
productivity.

Salary is just a part of the compensation system, the
employees have other psychological and self-
actualization needs to fulfill. Thus, compensation
serves the purpose.
