Job Analysis:
Marketing Managers are responsible for developing, implementing, and executing
strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands
within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

members, organization considers them with some allowance to promote.
Perks and allowances will be provided on the basis of performance appraisal.
No leave will allow during probation period , after probation 18 days leave will
allow during year.
Medical will provided after probation.
Selection Criteria:
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer
service role
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg.
Salesforce) is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build
relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen
Enthusiastic and passionate
BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing

skills & know-how, once they trained their self-according to their subjective
industry. Accounts person analysis the financial position of the organization that
