 OBJECTIVE:

Life Insurance management system

is to computerize the details that are
maintained the customer details by the
agents so that all the process can be
done fast and efficiently.
 ABSTRACT:

Our project is to develop a application

for maintaining a life insurance
management system for the agents
which contains customer details list.

 EXISTING SYSTEM:

 The records are maintained

manually by the agents.
 There are lot of documents regarding
for single customer itself.
 DRAWBACKS:
 Written work cause some mistakes.
 Searching of a single data
is so difficult from many records.
 Verification of data is tedious.
 Insecure in handling paper based
documents.
 Wastage of time for searching a
documents.
 Manual process makes collision.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
 The records are made computerized ,so
that the chance of error will be
minimized.
 Searching of a single or multiple data
for a customers can be easily viewed by
the agents.
 ADVANTAGES:
The entry of customers details can be
done very fast manner.
 Time will be saved.
 Searching a single data from many
records are easy.
 Accuracy of data.
 Easy of monitoring a customers and
policy details.
 Calculations of premium can be done
effectively.
