In the early 1990s there were also MC cases in England.
The series of court hearings in the British Petroleum case
have even involved Thyssen, Mannesmann, Sulzer, Itochu
and Marubeni.
An Itochu employee was found guilty in a court in England
of conspiracy to commit bribes or KKN. Itochu did a bribe
through the help of a Japanese broker, then the trial which
was originally aimed at a Marubeni executive was finally
canceled because he had paid a fine and immediately
returned to Japan.

the consortium of Alstom Inc., Marubeni Corporation
(Japan) and PT Alstom Energy System (Indonesia) in the
construction of six parts of the Tarahan PLTU, Lampung.
