Attendance

 1) I will call out you name when the session starts. If you are late or fail to
respond, you are considered absent.
 If you show up late to the session, send me a message AFTER the session ends
explaining why you were late. If the reason is valid, I will consider it. If not,
you have to take responsibility for your actions.
Attendance During the Session

 2) I will be calling out your name during the session to respond to different
ideas/ questions. Each learner will be given 5-7 seconds to respond. If you do
not respond by the assigned time, you are considered absent from the
session.
 Exception: If a technical problem occurs (electricity or wifi issues), send me a
whatsapp message on the spot.
Participation

 1) You will be asked to mute all microphones and only inable your microphone
when I give you permission to speak.
 2) Type “hand” or use the thumbs up emoji on the group chat for me to know
that you want to participate or speak. I will call out your name and the floor
be all yours then.
 PS: EVEN IF YOU DO NOT RAISE YOUR HAND, I MIGHT ASK YOU TO SHARE YOUR
THOUGHTS BECAUSE YOUR PARTICIPATION IS ESSENTIAL.
 3) Participation is graded and is 10% of your total average.
 I will show you an excel sheet at the end of the session to display the following:

Assignments

 1) Assignments are to be taken seriously, typed (word document) and are to be

posted in your e-portfolios even when you are not asked to.
 2) You should not wait till the last minute to submit your assignments. We all know
that the internet might suddenly shut down (especially in Lebanon).
 3) In case of emergencies, send me a private message via eschool explaining why the
assignment is not posted. If the reason is valid, you will be given a second chance. If
not, consider it a ZERO.
Final Thoughts

 Communication is KEY and responsibility is extremely important.

 My task is to facilitate and guide you through the session. However, your task
is extremely essential to maximize learning online and to make the best out
of it.
 Please be the responsible learners I know you are and let us work as a TEAM
for long life learning to occur.
