 Scheduling  is planning your day in a way that helps you


tackle the most important tasks first and achieve your
professional goals in the time you're allotted.

 When done correctly, scheduling allows you to:
1. Give the appropriate amount of time to important
projects.
2. Build in ''leftover'' time for unforeseen events.
3. Achieve your professional goals.
4. Say ''no'' to projects you don't have time for.
5. Protect your personal time for family and hobbies.
6. Avoid expanding your workweek to 50-60 hours (or more ).

Avoiding Procrastination
