2.2 (1) Cold Start - Minimum Start voltage should not be more than 160V.
Electric Test (F0- - Applicable to Non Low Start ability USP
Performance 3002) - On input of V1,compressor should start within 1 minute.
Test (RT: 430C) - Compressor should not stop and OLP device should not
operate during test.
(2) Cold Start Test Start Voltage is <=135 V with Low Start ability USP
(RT: 250C) At 25 degree.
(ICTS/CHM/025)
- On input of V1,compressor should start within 1 minute.
- Compressor should not stop and OLP device should not
operate during test.
(3) LVS & HVS - Soak the Product at RT 25°C & 65 % RH till all temp. get stabilized
(RT: 250C & - Follow test procedure as per ICTS standard .
RH 65%) Judgment criteria : OLP tripping, function loss of any
(ICTS/CHM/30) electrical parts is not allowed during the test .
(4) Compressor
operating after - RT 43℃, -10% at rated voltage,
defrost - The system must be operated by Thermostat sensor
(F0-3002)
(5) Insulation - That is more than 10 ㏁ after temperature connection test.
Resistance - That is more than 5 ㏁ after test result.
Test - That is more than 2 ㏁ after high humidity defrost, much
(F0-3005) moisture, practical use run test.
- 1500 V, for 1 minute is inputted on refrigerator
(6) High Voltage
No breakdown of insulation.

(9) OLP Non -RT43 ±10C,at Std. Voltage 260V,forcefully continuously running
Operation Test the machine, after stabilization of temperature, the refrigerator
(ICTS/CHM/003) must operate by Thermostat sensor at -15% V of Rated Voltage.
- No OLP tripping should be observed during test period
- .No overheating sign should be observed on compressor
assembly.
- Comp. Wdg. Temp.< 1500C(A grade),<1650 C(H Grade).& OLP
surface temperature should be less than OLP operating temp.
(10) OLP - After taking R1 at 500C,start the machine at RT 45 ±10C & 253 V
Operation Test ,then room temp. increased to 500C at the rate of 20C/20 min, at
(ICTS/CHM/032) this time if OLP does not trip, then increased the voltage up to
312 of rated voltage at the rate of 2V/10 min. Even if OLP does
not trip, then open the door. Again if OLP does not trip then cover

To simulate product behavior in standard sea container.
Refrigerator
2) Test condition
Place the product on violent shock tester (tie with belts) and the H = 65mm from 100
times it will have to move violently.
1) Application scope
Test simulates ware house loading and unloading conditions of product.
