you will study method of reaching your goal
of project
 Methodology means, word ‘method’ means
‘way’,’manner’,’route’ and word ‘logy’ means
‘study’
 So, now u can understand the “project
methodology”. Project methodology is
studying the project in a particular manner.

 That means, it is the way how you accomplish the
goal. That is nothing but how u make your project
successful.
 Take one example, construction of an house can be
made in many ways. Like, you can deal with
housing agency or with your friend engineer or with
local contractor or by any source. The goal is to
construct house and you can select how you want to
construct it by your own method.
 So this is what project methodology means.
 Simply it is the manner of how you accomplish the
project. What the plan you using to do it.

 MBA is a social science subject. You are
dealing with people here directly.
 You think naturally as a lay man in simple
steps. How you do project for “employee
satisfaction”. You get lot of answers for sure.
