Steps to Validate the Order

Step I
Check if the design is ready for MES submission
• The design should be of ‘submitted status’ in OF view (completed status for SureDesign)
• Files for the design are generated
• No adapter check for the design
• Workgroup of design should be SAP enabled
– Required: Company name and number to enable the workgroup
– Workgroup can be enabled using superadmin

In simple cases the order can be validated at step I

Step II
Share the design with Ultimate End User (UEU)
• Ask the design owner for approval to share the design with UEU
• Check if UEU has eArray account
• Check if workgroup of UEU is SAP enabled
– Required: Company name and number to enable the workgroup

In simple cases the order can be validated at step II

Step III
Assign ‘Agent’ to the workgroup of UEU
Ask Sales Rep for items 1-14 (screenshot)

• Sold To
• Ship To
• UEU

** If Agent is present in eArray skip to Step V

Step IV
Create Agent (if Agent is not in eArray)
Ask for following details to ‘Create an Agent’ in eArray
• Contact Information
– Email, Phone number
– Address, Zip Code
– City, State, Country
• SAP Name and Number

Agents are of three types

• Financier
• Distributor
• Reseller
Step V
Case1: Sold To = Ship to = UEU
• Share the design with UEU and order can be validated

Case2: Sold To = Ship to != UEU

• Add Sold To as ‘Distributor’ for the workgroup of UEU
• Share the design with UEU and order can be validated

Case3: Sold To != Ship To = UEU

• Add Sold To as ‘Financier’ for the workgroup of UEU
• Share the design with UEU and order can be validated

Case4: Sold To = UEU != Ship To

• Add Ship To as ‘Distributor’ for the workgroup of UEU
• Share the design with UEU and order can be validated

Case5: Sold To != Ship To != UEU

• Add Sold To as ‘Financier’
• Add Ship To as ‘Distributor’
• Share the design with UEU and order can be validated
Step VI
Check ‘View Shares’ of the design through superadmin -
If Sold To, Ship To and UEU are assigned correctly to the workgroup.
