I will briefly explain the 4 types of innovation Routine innovation is based on the
existence of a product that what they do is include new improved versions is a
simplistic thought, for example, new versions of a product like iPhone. Disruptive
innovation is based on a new business model but it does not mean a
technological advance is made, such as copying a similar business model from
another company and adjusting it to ours, for example the mobile operating
system. Radical innovation is the opposite of disruptive. Since the degasse is
more technological, this is used in pharmaceutical companies. This architectural
innovation combines technology and business models and is used in the digital
world as kodak. The 4 types of innovation are important as they are used in
different commercial sectors and help you improve the profitability of a company
by improving the quality of its products and commercial competitiveness.
