OVERVIEW
CERI is an industrial construction Group, based in Tunisia, specialized in Engineering
& Industrial Construction of multidisciplinary EPC projects. CERI was founded in
1983 while the oldest group company, BREDERO, was founded in 1963.

Through its subsidiaries, CERI Group is providing a compact platform for industrial
projects construction as well as any specific operation, optimization and revamping,
overhauling and maintenance of installations in different fields including: Oil & Gas,
Chemical Industry, Cement plant, Oil & GPL Storage farms, Power plant, Renewable
Energy, Pumping Station, Buildings and public works, etc.

CERI Group is acting locally and overseas in several African countries through its
permanent branches.

CERI business strategy in the upcoming years is to reinforce its presence in the
African and MENA industrial markets.
