• Consilidate and analyze feedback from target
groups
• Narrate and reflect on their NSTP experiences
What is program ?
• organizations work from their organizations work
from their mission to identifynseveral overall goals
which must reach to acommplish their mission.
• In non-profit programs, each of these goals often
becomes a program.
• Programs must be evaluated to decide if the
programs is often a one-time effort to produce a
new product or line of products.
What is Program evaluation
• Carefully collecting information about a program in
order to make necessary decisions about the
program.
• Program evaluation can include any or variety of at
least 35 different types of evaluation,such as for
needs assessments, accreditation, cost/benefit
analysis, effectiveness, efficiency, formative,
summative, goal-based, process, outcomes, etc. The
type of evaluation you undertake to improve your
programs depends on what you want to learn about
the program.
Program Evaluation Preparation
In preparation of program evaluation, you
should ask yourself this questions
“What are we doing and what should we do to
achieve our goals?” By providing information on
progress toward organizational goals and
identifying which parts of the program are
working well and/or poorly, program evaluation
sets up the discussion of what can be changed
to help the program better meet its intended
goals and objectives.

for evaluation design and reporting:
