Introduction Adolescence is a transitional period where a child begins to grow and develop into an adult starting from physical and personality development. During this developmental process, adolescents have a negative tendency, if this tendency is given space, then negative deviant behaviors will be formed so as to make teenagers create a criminal group. in the crime rate surged to 70 types of cases which included
motorcycle theft and theft with violence reaching 2,196 cases. the theft was not only carried out by adults but also by teenagers who were supposed to be in the process of seeking identity. but instead it is exposed to deviant and deviant behaviors that have a tendency to emulate it. Therefore, this case needs to prioritize the consistency of prevention efforts carried out by providing moral education, giving affection, exemplary ways of behaving and being responsible for spreading positive values in real life.
