Setup your audio/video

If this is the first time you have used Collaborate Ultra you can configure your
audio/video by reading the banner that appears at the top of the screen.

If this does not appear, do the following:

1. Click on the ‘My Settings’ icon at the bottom of the screen

2. In the ‘My Settings’ panel, click on

‘Set up your camera and microphone

3. Choose your audio output and then select ‘Yes – It’s working’ to confirm

*Optional* If you want to use video, choose your video output and then select ‘Yes- It’s working’
to confirm. If not, click on the black & white X in the top right corner of the screen.
