• For the above Information System solution to ensure smooth

implementation of the solution, we need to take some steps to have
gain effectively and efficiently.
• We plan to divide and implement the solutions in different stages
which aims to help us in achieving the goal mentioned above.
Stage 1. Logistics and Warehousing
• For smooth functioning of different warehouses we need to
understand their property so that we can solve their problem and use
them in an efficient manner.
• Using of AI, i.e., using of Robotics in the warehouse. So that we can
gain efficiency in every warehouse.
• Accurate number of inventories and their managing is also necessary.
• Moreover, customer tracking and so that we can attain customer
efficiency.
Stage 2. After Sales Services
• If a company wants to grow and gain goodwill it need to have satisfied
customer. So, to gain that we will try to implement centralized
customer database so that we can know what the customer is
demanding later.
• It will allow us to solve the issues and help gain satisfied customers.
• This can be done using Automated capture of service requests from
the customers eliminating the need of a human customer care service
centre and thus saving costs.
