Sub.: Request for reduction of licensee fee/ lease rent with respect to the Lease Deed dated 24th May,
2018
Dear Sir,

With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to draw your attention to the Lease Deed dated 24.05.2018
executed between M/s Rushaub Enterprises (the “Lessor”) and M/s Cantabil Retail India Limited (the “Company”) in
respect of the showroom situated at Shop 3 Ground Floor in Fortune Square 2, Bearing Survey No 110/A/2, situated at
Chala, Taluka-Vapi, District-Valsad
In furtherance to our proposal and subsequent discussions for the reduction of License fee/ Lease rent payable in respect
of the Premises, we wish to extend our gratitude for supporting during these pandemic crises. Therefore, considering the
disruption caused in the day to day business activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, its adversities and the subsequent
series of lockdown, we both have decided and accepted the following:
For the month of March 2020; No rent shall be paid for lockdown period.
For the month of April & May 2020; No rent shall be paid to lessor for lockdown period.
From June 2020 onwards; 60% of rent (plus GST) will be paid of rent as per lease deed till 31st December 2020.
If by virtue of a Government order / or upon your decision, the Showroom Premises is closed and as a result of which we
are unable to use the same for carrying on business , we will not pay any consideration including Rent, Cam or
maintenance charges etc., for the period of such closure.

Further, we agree and confirm that such reduction of rent as aforesaid shall not in any manner be construed as breach of
the terms of the Agreement, and shall be read in conjunction with the Agreement. Furthermore, we confirm that, save and
except for modification aforementioned, all the other terms and conditions of the Lease Deed / License Deed remain
unchanged.
You are requested to kindly put signatures of acceptance with your official stamp below and send us back the same at the
earliest and oblige.
