Subject- Termination of the Lease Agreement dated ______________ (‘Agreement’) for


commercial/residential premises situated at __________________________(“Demised Premises”)

Dear Sir,

In reference to the subject matter, we would like to terminate the Agreement for the said Demised Premises. As
per the provision of the said Agreement, we have a right to terminate the Agreement by serving ____
(__________) months advance written notice, and accordingly, we shall be vacating the Demised Premises by
________________, hereby by serving the required _________ (__________) months advance written notice
starting _____________. Further, vide clause ___ of the said Agreement, we have deposited as sum of INR
____________/- as Refundable Security Deposit (‘Security Deposit’), hence we request you to return the said
Security Deposit not later than _____________.

In addition to the above, we call upon you to have a joint inspection of the Demised Premises at least 25 days
before the date of termination of the said Agreement, to ascertain the final IFRSD payable, so, in case of any
actual damage (except normal wear and tear) the Security Deposit may be adjusted reasonably, in accordance
with the Agreement. Accordingly, please connect with one of our Authorized personnel, which we shall intimate
you later in writing and get the joint inspection done without any delay. Kindly be noted that any delay at your
part in conducting the joint inspection or in any other matter resulting in delay in proper and complete handover
of the Demised Premises, shall not hold us liable for payment of any kind of penalty, interest or rent on account
of delay in handover of Demised Premises.

Further, handover of keys of the Demised Premises, if attempted, by us before or as on the date of termination,
you shall be obligated to accept them irrespective of finalization on the joint inspection held as above. In such a
case, we shall be relieved from the obligation to make any additional payment to you for not handing over the
keys of the Demised Premises on time.
