 Introduction
 
For all companies it is vitally important to have a good
appearance before their clients, since these are the ones
that provide economic stability. Many times companies
have deficiencies and do not know how to correct them,
other times they do not have knowledge of them or seek
to ignore it. The importance of recognizing each aspect,
whether negative or positive is to generate significant
changes that reward growth in all areas, which is why
useful tools have been created such as those evidenced
in this work where internal and external aspects of the
company are reviewed. This can be beneficial or
threatening for the growth of companies
 Objectives.
Overall objective:

Evaluate the essential aspects for the strategic direction of the

company, in order to organize improvement projects for it.

Specific objectives: 

1,Know the different tools that allow knowing the positive and
negative aspects of the company, from the internal and external
point of view, in order to generate objectives for change
2, Study the case of airbnb in order to apply recognize the
essential elements of the company
3, In the case of aribnb apply the acquired knowledge, in front of
tools such as swot, pestel and the five forces of porter, in order
to design the strategic direction of the company.
