Deflection Based Adaptive Router With Minimal
Buffering (DeBAR) is a 2-stage deflection
router which uses a minimal central pool of
buffers to accomodate a fraction of misrouted
flits.

Booksim is used to simulate the algorithm and
prove the low power consumption.
