test, model, demonstrate, and explain Net2 :: 12-34-56-78-9A-BC
an architecture for connecting many
Protocol1 :: http
devices in many ways. Protocol2 :: ftp
Architecture
Resource1 :: html
Resource2 :: pdf
Device1 can broadcast a request
for  many resources over many
protocols and on many networks in
which it participates (ex. Resource1
using Protocol1 across Net1).
 
If Device3 is not on Net1 then the
request can be handled by Device2.
Device2 can request from its neighbors
many resources over many protocols
and on many networks in which it
participates.

Testing
 
Enable/Disable devices' availability re: 
resources/protocols/networks to verify
that peers can retrieve requested
resources and effectively proxy those
resources to the requestor.  Device2 Device3
   
Make requests from the devices for Net1 :: 209.20.75.22 Net1 :: 209.20.75.24
many resources using many protocols Net2 :: 12-34-56-78-9A-BC Net2 :: 12-34-56-78-9A-BC
across many networks.
