• comes from the root word “engage” which means
“to bind,from a particular on such as oneself, to
do something” (Merriam-Webster Dictionary)

• According to custominsight.com, Engagement is

the extent to which a firm in particular field, feel
passionate about their jobs, are committed to the
organization, and put discretionary effort into
their work.
• The form of MAS in which analytical process in
applied to a study or projects.
 Differences between
consultancy and engagement
• Engagement to a particular field must be
established before providing consultancy.
• Consultancy is also establish to develope the
management of the firm, while the Engagement
is binding yourself to the said changes of the
firm.
• Consultancy is the mode or means of changing
while Engagement is the act to be perform by
the firm.
