● Vision and Mission Statements:
● In order for a business to succeed there needs to be a clear
identity, purpose, and shared values that all stakeholders can
identify with
○ In order to communicate these ideals a business might
create a vision statement, a mission statement, or both
● The vision statement is forward looking to the aims and
highest aspirations of the company
● A mission statement is a more intermediate looking
statement which focuses on aims to eventually meet the
vision
