INTRODUCTION
• Bluetooth is packet based protocol with a master
and slave structure
• Provide control to the devices through Bluetooth
• Reduces unnecessary manual work
• Useful for physically disabled people
OBJECTIVE
• To provide ease access of home appliances
• To promote technology on daily use
• To develop professionalism, teamwork and
organizational skills
BLUETOOTH TECHNOLOGY
• Open wireless technology for exchanging data
over short distance
• Based on master and slave structure
• Range varies from a meter to hundreds of meter
• High data transfer rate up to 24mbps
• Overcomes problem of synchronization
• AUBTM-22 a serial to Bluetooth converter is used
in our project
INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
• AT89S52 Microcontroller
• Flash programmable and erasable read only memory
• 8 Kb ROM, 32 I/O lines, 256 bytes of RAM
• LM35 Temperature Sensor
• Calibrated directly in ºC
• 10mV/ ºC scale factor
• ADC0804 A/D Converter
• 8-bit Analog to Digital Converter
• Conversion time less than 100µs
PROJECT FEATURES
• No need to be in line of sight
• Ease access of devices
• User friendly system
• Highly secure connection
FEASIBILITY STUDY
• Software UI is simple so anyone can use this
device
• Should be in within the range of Bluetooth for
greater accuracy
• Project is economically feasible

PROBLEM FACED
• No Bluetooth module in simulation software like
Proteus
• No support for Symbian OS by Nokia and used
Android OS as alternative
• Components used in this project are delicate so
it took time to study about it.
CONCLUSION
• A good example and practical application of
microcontroller and Bluetooth
• A simple and user friendly device
• Device can be controlled from any corner of room
• Economical
• Can be used in various sectors
