
 It is a lot of time consuming using traditional hand
pump sprayer.

 Mostly of the sprayer is needed to carry when

using.

for them and they need to carry the sprayer when

capable to perform the process of peeling for the
purpose of small and medium industry. The
objective of this is to produce coconut de husking
machine.
 Problem

 Peeling a coconut manually is a waste of time and
cannot guarantee your safety.

 It is also difficult for a normal human to de husked a

coconut after a dozen of coconut you can feel body pain.

 Coconut are de husked manually using machete or

spike that required skills.

 
 STATEMENT PROBLEM


 The creation and development of this machine is very
useful to the coconut estates and cooperative, coconut
growers, and coconut processing factory. The machine
can help reduce human effort and it can also help the
labourers in a way that they can avoid accidents for it
is safe to use than the manual operations. It is easy to
operate and does not need skilled labour. The use of
machete or spike poses a great danger to the worker.
This machine improves the safest, efficiency, and
productivity in producing coconut fruits without husk.



to do the job, so that it has not been a profitable
operation.

