novelty Content Purpose: If human beings react differently to the emotional and neutral words also how much time it takes to respond to those words

A statistical difference between the mean
response time of the emotional word and the mean response time of the neutral word The difference between the two categories of words list was 0.67 seconds, which indicates that the hypothesis taken was correct Consistent with many prior experiments by psychologists, which confirms the study’s hypothesis. It was noticed that the participant seemed to be deliberately slowing down when hearing words of emotions, probably to provide more focus Discussion
Final Verdict: The time taken to respond to
emotional words compared to the neutral words is higher. Emotional words have the ability to evoke intense emotion in a certain person. So, an individual thinks for a longer period of time. However, neutral words do not stir any emotional experience, and so, people do not take much time to respond to neutral words. Quantile analysis done by Antonio & Fabio mirrors our hypothesis that participants were slower to reject novel emotional words than to reject novel neutral words Moreover tests like the Emotional Stroop Test and EEG frequency characteristics also matches with the result of our experiment Thank you • Theories of emotion see • Discussion see conslusion
