 LATAR BELAKANG

Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki luas Sektor perkebunan yang berkembang Tanaman sembukan (Paederia foetida
wilayah 5.782,50 km² dan 25% atau di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yaitu Linn.) merupakan jenis tumbuhan herba
sekitar 140.000 ha merupakan kawasan kawasan perkebunan Glenmore, liar.
pertanian dan perkebunan (Dinas Banyuwangi.

 Daun Sembukan

Kandungan kimia daun sembukan seperti

asperuloside, deacetyl asperuloside, scandoside,
arbutin, paederosid, asam paederosidik,
gamasitosterol, dan asam oleanolat

Daun sembukan berkhasiat untuk menyebuhkan

berbagai penyakit saluran pencernaan.

Daun sembukan memiliki cita rasa yang khas. Daun

sembukan dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sebagai
sayur atau dikonsumsi mentah sebagai lalapan.

Permen jelly merupakan salah produk
pangan yang disukai semua orang dari
kalangan anak-anak hingga dewasa.
Permen jelly umumnya dibuat dari
bahan dasar agar-agar.
