ANNOUNCEMENT

This is a gentle reminder of our task to produce MAPEH Learning Activity Sheets. You are hereby
expected to accomplish the following undertakings:

1. Have crafted Learning Activity Sheets based from the assignment/component given by your
Coordinator (Sir Cons and Sir Jonathan)
2. If found difficulty in crafting LAS and need further samples, you may download from DEPED
accredited websites, textbooks, worksheets, learning modules, learning manual. Get samples
but do not copy the whole thing instead modify or contextualize according to your competency
3. Avoid copying LAS from textbooks but can be used as reference. Take note, make your own
LAS… because it will be submitted under your authorship.
4. Be careful of plagiarism… always cite your references and acknowledgement is inevitable
5. Please have a copy of updated MELC with codes for your reference and guidance.
6. For lay-out and design (font size and style). We have uploaded the template kindly check and
comply.

7. Since this is our first time to make such LAS, don’t be afraid to ask our Senior Writers or our
Quality Assurance Team or your friends from other schools.
