This document presents a dynamic systems modeling approach to predicting COVID-19 behavior in Colombia. It describes modeling microbial and bacterial growth to estimate clinical surge capacity under different scenarios. The modeling is done using Matlab and Simulink for tasks like model parameter estimation, sensitivity analysis, and data analysis to provide technical results, conclusions, and community advice.
