Welcome email Confirmation of customer details including phone number, plan selected
and contract term.
Welcome letter Attached to the SIM card with instructions on how to activate it.

How long will it take to receive my SIM Your SIM will be shipped to you by Courier Post
and / or modem? and will typically arrive between 8 and 10 days
from the date on which M2 receives your
application.
A signature will be required upon delivery, and
therefore it is not possible to ship to PO Boxes or
Rural Delivery Addresses.
How do I activate my SIM? Customers should call M2 to activate their SIM. If
the SIM is not activated within 10 business days
M2 will automatically activate the SIM.
When will my number be ported? Customers will be sent a text notification 24hrs
prior to their phone number being ported to M2.
Customers should contact M2 after receiving this
text if any changes are required.
I still haven’t received my SIM card / If your SIM has not arrived within 2 weeks, please
modem, who can I call? contact M2 Customer Service on 0800 110 281
who are able to track your delivery.
