All plans available month-to-month or on a 12 or 24 month service term. If you connect for 12 months you will receive 1 month free applied as a credit (equal to your monthly
Plan Fee) on your 12th invoice. If you connect for 24 months you will receive 3 months free applied as a credit equal to your monthly Plan Fee on your 22nd, 23rd and 24th
invoices. The free offer refers to your monthly Plan Fee only. Any usage of additional or excluded services will be charged at standard rates. Offer cannot be transferred,
exchanged or redeemed for cash.
# ACN-to-ACN minutes (ACN Advantage plan) can only be used for voice calls to other ACN-acquired mobiles provisioned by M2 Telecommunications. Calls must be made and
received in New Zealand.

The M2 Mobile Broadband service operates on the Vodafone 3G Broadband / 3G Extended Broadband networks. To check the 3G coverage in the areas you intend to use the
service before deciding to purchase this product.
If you exceed your plan’s included data allowance of 1GB (1GB Plan) or 3GB (3GB Plan) in any billing month, additional excess usage will be charged at 15¢ per MB or part thereof.
Both upload and download data counts towards total monthly data usage.
National and international SMS sent using this service will be charged at 20¢ per message in addition to your monthly plan fee.
Bundled pricing is available to customers who combine M2 Mobile Broadband with an eligible ACN M2Smart mobile service on the same account.

Setting expectations

How long will it take to receive my SIM Your SIM will be shipped to you by Courier Post
and / or modem? and will typically arrive between 8 and 10 days
from the date on which M2 receives your
application.
A signature will be required upon delivery, and
therefore it is not possible to ship to PO Boxes or
Rural Delivery Addresses.
How do I activate my SIM? Customers should call M2 to activate their SIM. If
the SIM is not activated within 10 business days
M2 will automatically activate the SIM.
When will my number be ported? Customers will be sent a text notification 24hrs
prior to their phone number being ported to M2.
Customers should contact M2 after receiving this
text if any changes are required.
I still haven’t received my SIM card / If your SIM has not arrived within 2 weeks, please
modem, who can I call? contact M2 Customer Service on 0800 110 281
who are able to track your delivery.
