My visit to Frankfurt for the 2014 Auto

Show was great. This was the 65th edition
of the fair. It took place from September
25th to October 2nd in Hanover, Germany.

I arrived in Germany on Tuesday, 23rd of

September, two days before the start of the
event. I flew from New York to Frankurt. I
enjoyed the flight a lot.

I arrived at the exhibition center on

Wednesday, which was the first day of the
show. There were outdoor and indoor
exhibitions and lot of visitors.

I first visited the electric cars pavilion.

There were several exhibitions by different
car makers. I enjoyed them all.
The place was full of people because the
cars were really amazing.

A few days later, I attended a presentation

about the cars of the future. The exhibitors
showed a 3D clip about new technologies in
car manufacturing. These exhibition was
very interesting too. They even had a see-
through model car made in glass.

Before the end of the show, I had the

opportunity to do a drive test of a very
modern vehicle.

I traveled with a group of visitors to a nearby

circuit. We chose our favorite car and drove
along the circuit for several minutes. I felt
like a real race pilot!

Before leaving Germany, I had to try the

local food: sausages, of course! During the
last day of the show, I visited one of the local
restaurants. I ordered the Frankfurter
Würstchen which means “The little
Frankfurt saugage” It was absolutely
delicious! I also had a sauerkraut (cabbage
in vinegar) and a beer with it. These are the
usual sides that German people eat with
sausage.

My visit to Medellin for the flower fair

2017 was spectacular. This was the
60th edition of the fair. It took place
from July 28 to August 6 in Medellin.
Colombia.

I arrived in Medellin on July 25, three

days before the opening of the event. I
traveled from Monteria to Medellin. The
flight was lovely I enjoyed it a lot.

I arrived at the Plaza de las Flores on a

Friday, it was the day on which the event
began, there were parades through the
main roads, attended by a large number of
people.

I Visit the bolivar park, enjoy the parades

of all the silleteros and concerts, I enjoyed
all the programming, the people and the
city is great.

A few days later, I was in a parade of

classic and antique cars. The owners
paraded them through the main
streets. This parade was super great
was backing the time for a moment.

At the end of the show, I had the great

opportunity to take a picture with some
exponent of the classic and modern
cars.

Travel with friends for the whole city.

You also have the opportunity to get on
one of the cars. I really felt enchanted!

Before leaving Medellin, I had to taste

the food from there. Tray paisa,
obviously! During the last day of the
event, I visited several local
restaurants I ordered empanadas from
Antioquia, it was absolutely succulent! I
also ate an Antioquia tamal and natural
juice. These are the foods that the
paisas eat every day.
