Personality Development

Big A
What is Personality?
The "personality" is the typical pattern of thinking,
feeling, and behaviours that make a person unique.
When we say that someone has a "good
personality" we mean that they are likeable,
interesting and pleasant to be with.

Big A
What is Personality?
Everyone wants to be attractive to others.  To
that end, having a good personality is vital -
probably even more so than good looks. In fact,
approximately 85 percent of your success and
happiness will be a result of how well you
interact with others. Ultimately, it is your
personality that determines whether people are
attracted to, or shy away from you.

Big A
What is Personality?
While we can only enhance our looks to a
certain extent, we have the ability to improve
the personality as much as we want. We can
develop or integrate any trait we deem fitting
and agreeable.

How to develop Personality

21
Days Big A
How to develop Personality

(1) Always have a complete sleep.

Complete sleep is the first step, as being tired

when you wake up makes the whole day feel
longer.

Big A
Right amount of sleep
Infants: in breaks anywhere from 8-9 hrs
Kids (5-12): 8-9 hrs (continuous)
Young adults (13-16): 9-10
Adults (18-60): if you don't have a sleep condition 6-8
Seniors(60+): 10-12 continuous or in breaks

the more you sleep the better until you get to the
point where it starts interfering with your schedule. As
studies have shown the more you sleep the taller you
grow

(2) Take a morning walk or exercise.

Enjoy the nature around you while jogging or

walking, as it can make you feel more peaceful
and energetic. Having time to yourself can help
you figure, develop, and think about your
personality. It also gives you time to relax.

Big A
How to develop Personality
(3) Enjoy your workout!

If jogging and walking is not your workout then

try something else, but make sure you enjoy it!
Finding out what you enjoy and what you are
good at can help you develop as a person.

Big A
How to develop Personality
(4) Smile and try to make others smile too.

This will create an

environment of
positivity, and
others will warm
to you if you don't
frown as often!

Big A
How to develop Personality
(5) Plan your future and finance.

This will help in future betterment. Not

having to worry as much about the future
can help you enjoy the present, and you'll
be a happier, less stressed person because
of it.

Big A
How to develop Personality
(6) Concentrate on your future goals.

Just planning won't work. Put effort in

achieving your dreams, aspirations and goals,
and eventually you'll get there.

Big A
How to develop Personality
(7) Don't be afraid of hard work!

Other people will respect and like you more if

you work to earn what you have, and you'll feel
prouder of yourself when you reach the goals that
you've worked for them.

Big A
How to develop Personality
(8) Respect people.

This will build up

your confidence,
and people will
share the same
feelings toward
you.

Big A
How to develop Personality
(9) Take care of your appearance.

Regular cleansing and good hygiene is a must for

a positive and optimistic personality.

Big A
How to develop Personality
(10) Create a Trademark for yourself

When you are different and special in a unique

way, people will remember you even if they
meet you only once. Leaving back a trademark,
is the best way to flatter yourself for all the
positive vibes that you hold and being the owner
of a great personality.

Big A
Redemption

Big A
What is Redemption
The action of regaining or gaining possession of
something

The act of delivering from sin or saving from

evil (theology)

Big A
Redemption process

As a human being, you will probably end up

making mistakes in life. To progress on your path,
you can learn from your errors, choose healthier
options next time, and redeem yourself
gracefully.

Big A
Redemption process
Whether you are at fault over a complicated
matter or a simple oversight, . The first and
most important step is to admit your
transgression and assume ownership.

Big A
Redemption process
If you do not take responsibility for a
wrongdoing, the repercussions can create
internal & external stress and snowball into
more complex circumstances.

Big A
2 Steps to redeem yourself
(1) Use your mind
You must process the event, acknowledge
where you could have done better, and
decide that you need to express an
apology.
Emotionally, guilt and shame can start to
eat away at your inner core, but you need
to remain in a state of compassion. Realize
that you did create a problem but try to
possess self-empathy instead of defeat.

Big A
2 Steps to redeem yourself
Instead of claiming, "I'm such a bad person.
No one is going to trust me now," declare
something like "I am a good person who
made a bad choice. I can redeem myself and
create situations where others feel I am
trustworthy and reliable."

Big A
2 Steps to redeem yourself
(2) Have a self- awareness

Thoughts, words, and feelings are only one level of

change. In order for others to trust you again, you
must maintain your integrity.

Consistent, positive habits based on honor and

goodwill decreases the chance for future hurtful
mistakes.

Big A
2 Steps to redeem yourself
The knowledge that often comes naturally when
you assume responsibility for harmful words
and actions can help you understand why you
choose o poorly to begin with.

When you consciously hold yourself accountable

for faults and redeem yourself with dignity, you
may be less likely to make the same mistake
again and ultimately create better life.

Big A
Enlightenment

Big A
What is Enlightenment
Enlightenment means dispelling the darkness of
ignorance.
Enlightenment is the process of knowing what
is greater than life, what is greater than the
things we can see with our physical eyes, or
touch with our physical instruments. It is the
moment when we begin to know something
greater than that, the true governor of the
whole universe, which is also within ourselves.
Enlightenment means inner awakening

Big A
Why enlighten is important?
To realise that you have a power that is much
greater than what you use every day. Usually, we
follow the directions of our ego, but after
Enlightenment, we follow God's will. We are
connected with Him and recognise our real value.
But at the same time we become very humble.

Big A
Why enlighten is important?
The more we know about ourselves the more
humble we become. We know that there is a
greater force in the universe, and it isn't for our
human understanding to discuss and to grasp. So
we become humble and then very powerful,
because we have a higher power within us, and use
it every day for the benefit of others

Big A
Why enlighten is important?
As we tap within ourselves into the right source of
positive power, which is the spirit that dwells
within you,' or God Almighty, we open that source
that was closed before. So once that source is
opened we become powerful like Him. We can help
many people with this inborn God power, and then
we become more humble because we see within
everyone the same power, so we respect everyone
as living God.
