INTRODUCTION

The word “administer” is derived from


Latin word “ad+ministraire”, means to care for
or to look after people to manage affairs.
Administraire means “Serve”.
The meaning itself reflect that the administrator
regards himself as servant, not that the master to
look after, perform all the functions It is a
cooperative effort, directed towards the realization
of a consciously laid down objectives.

financial, material and production are covered.
