Introduction

The main purpose of the paper is to identify the impact of internal


physical work employment on the performance of workers

Employees who are more satisfied in their physical work


environment tend to perform better and are more productive for a
company.

Organizations require to invest resources to ensure that the physical


working environment is pleasant and employee-friendly

Future Direction

• The improvement of working conditions tends to lead


greater performance of the employees (Malik, et al., 2011).

• Future research should be carried out to test the impact of


the working environment on the productivity of employees
(A& Tahir 2015)

• According to Ali, et al., (2018), If researchers could


investigate environmental comfort in the future different
results could be revealed.

study other important factors which has an effect on

• The physical environment has significant impact on the action,
attitude and performance of employees at

• the physical workplace is efficient and supportive in increasing


performance of employees in the office.

• The relationship between the workplace environment and


performance of the employee is strong. Therefore, in order to
maximize performance, the working environment factors are
very important.

performance. As a result, employees cannot focus on
their performance, which affects the overall
performance of the organization.
