Submit Twenty sets of following documents to PCB
An executive summary (in English as well as the local language)
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report.
Environmental Management Plan
Mitigation measures
Form XIII prescribed under Water (Prevention and Control of
Pollution) Rules, 1975 where discharge of sewage, trade effluents,
treatment of water in any form, is required.
Form I prescribed under Air (Prevention and Control of
Pollution) Union Territory Rules, 1983 where discharge of emissions are
involved in any process, operation or industry.
Any other information or document which is necessary in the
opinion of the Board for their final disposal of the application.

Composition of public hearing panel:

1. Representative of State Pollution Control

panchayats;
6. Not more than three senior citizens of the area
nominated by the District Collector.

Praishad or Commissioner of the Municipal
Corporation/Local body as the case may be;

Time period for completion of public hearing:

The public hearing shall be completed within


a period of 60 days from the date of receipt
of complete documents as required under
paragraph 1

On the basis of public hearing following provision are made –
• Employment of local persons will be maximum out of employment
proposed in the project.
• Workers for plantation will be employed from local worker.
• For damage to land of local people compensation will be paid through
panchayat.
• Regular monitoring of water required for the project & source and
ground water depletion will be done.
• Dust control measures provided and will be regularly monitored.
• Impact on cattle grazing will be regularly monitoring.
• Sub committee will be formed in association with local panchayat and
senior citizen of the area and records will be maintained on 6 monthly
basis.
