1.Send on field report(on field teams + photos) before 10 am each

2.Send daily progress(include survey and digitalization by HP)

Missing the routing of OLT
1.Panarama still not put routing OLT till submited last
version,even we remind 2 times in the email, why?--------Elco

Which case should define drop cable----telydata and elco
1. When the low tension power line is not in front of the users to be
serviced
2. When a wide street(if looks like very wide) just one pole will
cover 2 sides,this case need take picture for showing to
customer

Currently issues
The area no pole or duct can be use, means the last pole is more
than 80m far from the user
1. check the user first
2. Check if has enough space to build new pole,if no,take the
pictures and mark the boundary in the good map to send Huawei
check first in the daily progress report
3. If Proposal to build new pole, need take picture to show and
where will be put new pole.

Adjust boundary
1. First make boundary as google earth layer(Kmz file)-Elco never
put boundary,we made each time for you,please attention.
2. In the boundary street if there is just one row poles, need cover
both 2 sides user,if have 2 row,no need
3. If the new polygon is near the other polygon, check if some user
is repeat, need deltel the repeat part
