Let’s work on the text. Answer these questions.
 1) Who is suing whom?
The plaintiff, probably a property developer, or possibly a private individual, is suing
LongCo, some sort of company involved in building a house for the plaintiff.
 2) What is the complaint?
Breach of contract – specifically the ‘Construction Contract’.
 3) What is the answer?
Although LongCo may (or may not) be party to a written, oral or implied contract, it is
not a party to the ConstructionContract identified in the complaint.
