OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:

• Objective of this report is to find the underlying

reason of attrition in group-2 employees that is one
of the biggest challenges at bigbasket.
METHODOLOGY:

• The report conducted by me is qualitative report

containing qualitative data.

• The data has been collected by interviewing the

former employees of Bigbasket and collecting data
from exit interview from group-2 employees.
FINDINGS:

Positive Aspects:
• Most of the workers are satisfied with company
policies for the workload that should be given to
them.
• 87.94% employees agree that salary provided is
good, 12.06% employee disagree. Company needs
to investigate its compensation policy to remain in a
competitive position in the market.
• 76.60% Employees are satisfied with the timing and
work hours of the job.
Problems:
• During disputes arise from the bad behavior of
hub-incharge and DSM.
• Though only 12.77% of employees felt that senior
management misbehaved with them and that is
the sole reason for them to leave but Most of the
disputes related to work, working hours, shifts and
workload etc. arise because of bad behavior of the
senior management.
• Employees needs to work for more hours than
they are told to hence company needs to revise
work hours and timings and should provide
suitable incentives to hardworking Employees.
CONCLUSION &
RECOMMENDATION:
• Interview Process.
• Feedback to rejected candidates.
• Attrition.
• Training and Development.
• Incentives.
