 Quality Inspection Center

The quality control center includes a 110kV test station and a 220kV test
station, wherein the 110kV test station was founded in 2001 and officially
put into operation in May 2002, and the 220kV test station was founded
in 2009 and put into use in May 2010, with the test site area of 763
square meters and the height of 23.5 meters. The design test voltage
level is 500KV, so that the test requirement of special transformers such
as large rectifier transformer can be met. The station is equipped with
7,500KW and 50Hz/60Hz frequency changer set, 2,000KW and 200Hz
intermediate-frequency set, 3,000KV lightning surge generator, and
1,000KVA/500KV power-frequency testing transformer, etc. and the
control system adopts advanced PLC control technology, taking the lead
in China in terms of automation degree.
